Additional options include a calibration kit and an ARINC 429 protocol tester. The databus network/harness tester isolates all common wiring faults (short circuits, shorts to shield, open circuits and cross-overs etc.) on any platform with a 1553 databus harness system. It measures insertion loss between any two stubs in dBs.
